Refunds and
Cancellations

Physical Product Returns: AwareCare, Durango will refund 100% any physical product upon product return within 30-days of purchase. Returns will be processed in the order they are received. Any money returned will be returned to the payer in the original form of payment. If you paid with a debit or credit card, we will refund the money back to the source card. Please allow for 7-10 days for return processing.

Online Courses, Online Events, In-person Events: 90% refunds will be made after purchase and before the event or course has started. No refunds will be made after the event or course has started.

QHHT Sessions: Deposits are fully non-refundable for any reason. You may cancel your session at any time.
​
Psychotherapy Appointments: No refunds will be made after payment, however, up to two attempts to reschedule will be made.
